Butcher/Chef Workshops

Hands-on experience in both basic and advanced butchering and cooking. All classes led by seasoned experts, so you will work hard and learn a lot, but we also stress having fun! All participants get to take home samples of their work, and all workshops end with a celebration featuring great food and adult beverages.
